To protect against the large fluctuations of the spot price and the price peaks that often occur in the winter months, you can bind the price of electricity for greater predictability. With this type of energy subscription you have a fixed price per kWh (øre/kWh) with no surcharges in addition to the monthly subscription fee

Included in the contract:

• A fixed electricity price (øre/kWh) every month for a certain period
• Electricity certificates(elsertifikater) and taxes included in the price
• Monthly subscription fee of 49 kr incl. VAT(mva) or 39 kr ex. VAT
• You will be invoiced in arrears
• Paper invoices have a fee of 7,50 kr including VAT(mva). eFaktura is free of charge
• Ishavskraft's App , free of charge

Take notice of:

• When you have entered into the agreement, you of course have 14 days unconditionally right of cancellation in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act.
• The agreement is binding for 1 year for a 1-year fixed price and 3 years for a 3-year fixed price
• If the agreement is broken, a termination fee will be calculated based on the difference between your fixed price and future electricity price for the remaining period see below for more information.
• The agreement applies to a maximum of 100,000 kWh in annual consumption

Termination fee:

If you break the agreement, you will be charged the difference between the price you agreed upon and the price at which we can sell the remaining amount of electricity on the market, with a minimum charge of 500,-

The calculation example is based on an agreement with a fixed price for 3 years at 45 øre/kWh, with an annual consumption of 20,000 kWh. If this is terminated after 100 days, there are 995 days remaining in the agreement. The remaining consumption is calculated to be 54,500 kWh for the remaining period. We calculate the price at which we can sell this amount on the market, in this case, 35 øre/kWh. Thus, the termination fee will be:

54,500 kWh * (45 øre/kWh - 35 øre/kWh) = 5,450 NOK
